The mod author has uploaded a patch for Newrim on Oldrim's mod page, but the SMIM patch is still the old one. It occurs when Noble Skyrim is installed. It's not exactly flickering textures, it's just gray untextured surfaces. My previous post: Flickering and missing textures when accessing the Thieves Guild from the grave).
